Cheryl
Pattyn has been working with me for four years. I'm 77 now and
in good shape. I love to golf and in 2003 was getting pretty stiff.
I couldn't walk very far and was quickly becoming a couch potato.
I also suffer from osteoporosis.
I now have my energy back and enjoy walking, golfing and shopping,
all of which take a lot of energy. Cheryl is very dedicated and
I would recommend her for any job she applied for.

It is
with pleasure that I provide this letter of reference for Cheryl
Pattyn. Cheryl has been my personal trainer for 6 years. Every
6-8 weeks Cheryl designs a new workout for me to follow at home.
Weekly, she challenges me with a different routine. Being held
accountable and encouraged to push myself has certainly facilitiated
my discipline, motivation and assisted me in reaching my fitness
goals.
My doctor was amazed by my quick recovery from a L2 compression
fracture. He attributed it to my level of muscle tone, particularly
through my core. He also felt that was a definite factor in minimizing
my injury. With Cheryl's guidance and knowledge, I was able to
safely resume my workouts in a matter of weeks. This past spring
I suffered a serious Colles' fracture . Once again Cheryl was
able to adapt and tailor my workout while still providing me with
a challenging program.
Over the years I have been consistently impressed with Cheryl's
knowledge and her commitment to ongoing learning. She has worked
with other members of my family, young and old, and easily develops
rapport. Cheryl has always been professional and conducted herself
with integrity. She shows up, she is on time and prepared for
the workout and totally focused. she never discusses her other
clients. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to train with
Cheryl. It is a privilege to work with her and has certainly been
advantageous to my health.
